Alain holds a Bachelor's degree in Hydraulic Engineering from ISPJAE University in Havana, Cuba. In 2002, he relocated to La Paz, Bolivia, where he spent nearly six years as a Hydraulic Engineer, contributing to municipal and government water distribution and wastewater projects as a key member of the Hydraulic Design Department at Gregory Morris Engineering Company.
In 2016, after graduating from Miami Dade College, Alain transitioned into real estate and joined Josly Realty as a licensed agent, specializing in residential properties. His dedication and commitment to excellence have allowed him to gain extensive expertise in residential sales—including pre-owned homes, new developments, leasing, and property management. In recognition of his outstanding performance, Alain was awarded the Top Producer - Award of Excellence - Gold Circle of Honor by his real estate firm in 2019. He further enhanced his credentials in 2020 by earning the Certified New Home Co-Broker (NHCB) designation.
